You want to massage the oil into your scalp using the tips of your fingers; spread your fingers wide and massage your scalp firmly but gently. The focus is to place the oil on the scalp as that is where hair growth happens. You also want to start from the base of the skull and work your way up to the top of your head. This will take a few minutes. When done allow the oil to sit on your scalp for 30 -60 minutes. Overnight is best if you can afford the time. When done simply wash it away with any shampoo- preferably Gro hair shampoo. If you have African hair and want to keep it on for a week or more you can do that as well. Simply use less of the oil and apply it twice a week. The scalp (and not the hair) is where the oil would be placed. If you have frizzy hair and want to get rid of it, take a little of the oil and rub in between your hands until warm and then smooth your frizz ends. It will help seal the cuticle. If your frizz is too much, simply get a trim and use Mira Hair Oil to help grow out your hair. For best results use the oil 2-3 times a week.
